Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all JOUJOU tags are still attached and the garments are unworn.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
